Do I own my website?
Yes. Your website is built on WordPress and belongs to you, including your content, design, and leads. You’re never locked into a proprietary platform. If you’re considering WordPress, you already know that owning your website is essential to long-term success.
What happens if I cancel my website?
Your website belongs to you. If you decide to cancel, we’ll package your website files into a zip folder and email them to you. We’ll also export your list of leads from the IDX solution and send that along too.
Is hosting included?
Yes. We have developed the best WordPress Care Plans for our clients that start at $30/month and include WordPress-optimized website hosting, daily backups, firewall and malware protection, updates, and uptime monitoring for your site and IDX. Depending on the plan you choose, our WordPress Care Plans include free website change requests each month – the time for free is based on the plan you choose. Our Advanced WordPress Care Plan is perfect for clients who want to hire us to help update the site consistently – typically saving them valuable time and money.

Are MLS fees included?
Yes, iHomefinder IDX includes monthly MLS data fees. It’s also our preferred IDX provider, thanks to its advanced search map, integrated CRM tools, in-depth analytics and behavior tracking, and ongoing commitment to improving its product.
We offer Showcase IDX and IDX Broker which are two alternative IDX plugins for WordPress websites, and more budget-conscious agents. An MLS data fee may apply depending on your MLS. Reach out and we will help you choose the right IDX for your MLS, needs and budget.
How long does it take to launch?
On average, it takes about two to four weeks for us to build and launch a website. Several factors come into play that affect the timeframe, such as, how quickly you respond to requests, the size of the website, and special design and coding requests. Let us know if you need a site live by a specific launch date so we can make it happen. We have refined our process to make building your new website effortless. From first chat to final launch, our team guides you every step of the way.
Can I move my current website to WordPress?
Yes, in most cases. Here’s how we migrate a real estate website to our WordPress designs. First, we identify which platform your site is currently built on and estimate how many pages and blog posts need to move. A quote will be given so you have a full scope of the project. We’ll migrate the pages & posts, keeping URL structure when possible and setting up 301 redirects when not. Once that’s done, we set up your site on our specialized WordPress hosting under our WordPress Care Plan. Finally, if required, we handle the IDX compliance paperwork with your local MLS board.
