Internet Data Exchange (IDX) is the term coined by the National Association of Realtors for the Broker Reciprocity program mandated in January of 2002. This program allows both agents and brokers to show each others' listings on the Internet. The intention was to allow brokers and agents the same advantages of sites, such as Realtor.com - the ability to attract and keep website visitors by displaying MLS listings.

Many home buyers want to start their search online. Once they find something they like, they will want to make contact. If they are viewing listings on your site, that lead will go directly to you. Our IDX solution will save you hours of grunt work by emailing your visitors any new listings that meet their criteria. An extra bonus: You can be notified so you know when to follow-up.
