How to build a real estate website.

The Consultation
Give us a call (or email) and chat with our sales specialist about your real estate website goals and budget, and we'll review your options and help you determine the best solution to fit your needs. Put our 29+ years of IDX and real estate development experience to work for you and let us get you started on the right foot.
The Setup
Once you have selected your solution, our support team will send over a questionnaire to gather the initial information needed to set up your site, such as your logo, images, contact information and other primary branding information. Using your branding, we'll design the site and get your feedback until you've approved the design and are ready to proceed to the next step.
The IDX Integration
While we are working on setting up your new website, We'll assist you with the MLS approval process, as required for an IDX Solution. Once approved by your local MLS association, We'll integrate the IDX Solution so it works seamlessly with your new website.
The Content
Once we have completed the initial set up and have your approval, we will give you access to your new website so any remaining content can be added. We include free training with our sites along with phone and email support, video tutorials, and other helpful documentation. You'll have the option of adding content yourself with our guidance as needed, or we can quote to add content for you. Enjoy peace of mind knowing that we'll be here for you throughout the process!
The Launch
With your content in place and upon your approval, we'll launch your new website! Our team will review the website one last time and assist you in changing the necessary domain settings to launch your site. Once the website is live, it's time to celebrate and announce it to the world!
